JobDescription
  • Ensurethat the target customers know about the Club its amenities andservices & update the same on a timely basis. Consistentlycommunicate with target audiences and manage customerrelationships.
  • Coordinate marketing activitiesas well as promotions. Negotiate & book relevant PrintAdvertising promotions Exhibitions and secure appropriate &creative content within agreed timelines.
  • Writesocial media posts online content press releases organizepromotional events.
  • Generate and executemarketing campaigns across social media platforms such as FacebookInstagram and Twitter. Assess and report the results of themarketing campaigns.
  • Implement and executenewsletter email campaigns to nurture leads and customers. Updateand maintain the readers database.
  • Recommendand choose advertisement products arrange and coordinate photoshootsessions and models.
  • Ensure to interact withcustomers of all nationalities to get an idea or knowledge for whatthey are looking for i.e. about the food facilities priceinnovations etc.
  • Check that the languagedescriptions and prices are perfectly matching to the services weare providing. Obtain approval from the respective DepartmentManagers and the Business DevelopmentManager.
  • Liaise with media printers andpublishers as required and managing the production of marketingmaterials such as leaflets flyers posters andnewsletters.
  • Maximize visibility at conferencesreceptions and exhibitions including compiling product andliterature lists to display ordemonstrate.
  • Conduct Market Research to gatherinformation about the target market &customers.
  • Consistently check with competitorspromotions and prices. Report research results to the BusinessDevelopment Manager and discuss the necessaryactions.
  • Attend exhibitions & productlaunches meet new Clients Suppliers &Media.
  • Review new technologies and keep thecompany at the forefront of developments in digitalmarketing.
  • Support every aspect of theMarketing Team inclusive of the GraphicDesigner.
