2. Inputs customer information, demographics,and appointment information into multiple client managementsystems. Monitor call center phone line.
3. Orders andmaintains a library of workshop materials and officesupplies.
4. Responds to customer inquiries, providinginformation, or referring individuals to internal or externalservices for assistance.
5. Performs administrative andclerical support functions for the Housing Program.
6.Schedules and manages the appointment calendar for assigned housingstaff.
7. Assists in the development and completion ofreports detailing program progress. Track customer satisfactionsurvey responses.
8. Active participation in staffmeetings and conference calls.
9. Where applicable,comply with the National Industry Standards for HomeownershipEducation and Counseling.
10. Participate inprofessional development activities.

ROLEQUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High schooldiploma/GED
  • Must have own transportation, avalid driver's license, and vehicle insurance.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office environment workingwith clients, reviewing files and records, and maintaining a filingsystem of client records
  • Bilingual may berequired. Skills and Abilities
  • MicrosoftOffice products and on-line client management systems
  • Problem-solving, arithmetic calculations,
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a professionalmanner, both orally and in writing
