1. Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate supply chain operations, including inventory management, forecasting, order processing, and distribution. Liaise with sales and warehouse teams to ensure seamless delivery and stock optimization. Drive process improvements and manage critical projects in a fast-paced environment.

2. Job Responsibilities & Tasks _(Duties include but are not limited to):_

  • Coordinate with the distributor's warehouse team to address deliveryrelated issues, including damages, shortages, local deliveries, and inbound container receptions.
  • Oversee CSD functions in the designated Gulf country, involving receiving, invoicing, and QRA processes.
  • Streamline the forecast review process and refine it collaboratively with Sales Managers (MT-B2BTT) for both short and longterm planning.
  • Distribute the refined forecast to the demand department, detailing all specifics and observations for any abnormally forecasted SKU's.
  • Gather and consolidate all related documentation for the price increase dossier.
  • Examine the final order (supply order) alongside Sales Managers, aligning it with the purchase order agreed upon with the Distributor.
  • Inspect and monitor promotional item activities, initiating necessary interventions, especially for cancellations or supplementary orders.
  • Follow up with Sales Managers regarding level 3 sales relative to the established forecast and relay any significant deviations to the demand planning team.
  • Maintain regular followups with the supply team to ensure the shipment of balanced orders requested by the sales team.
  • Process monthly SPOT orders and approve it by the country manager. (To review the procedure)
  • Conduct monthly meetings for Non-Moving items along with country manager, sales team and category team/product lines (if needed) and set a clear tracking system on the progress (to set the procedure / process)
  • Transition overstocked items between countries in collaboration with country managers, developing a systematic process for the same.
  • Handle the Dented stock process (Need to set action for the root cause).
  • Take responsibility for managing Expired and nearexpiry products at the distributor level.
  • Evaluate and proceed with local PO request following the country manager's approval. (to set the process)
  • Evaluate and proceed with SPO request and refer to country manager in cases of discrepancies.
  • Conduct daily and weekly tracking of sales, deliveries, and stock levels, ensuring continuous monitoring.

2.1 Education & Experience

  • Minimum High School degree.
  • A minimum 0 of 2 years' experience in similar and related field.
  • Good communication & presentation skills
