Senior RPADeveloper

EPAM Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer to join our team.

As a Senior RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, analyze requirements, and deliver scalable and efficient RPA solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and analyze automation opportunities and requirements
• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industryleading RPA tools
• Conduct process assessments and feasibility studies to determine the suitability of processes for automation
• Develop RPA bots and workflows to automate repetitive and rulebased tasks, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of RPA solutions
• Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and adherence to business requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and optimization through RPA
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in RPA technologies, tools, and best practices
• Document RPA solutions, including technical specifications, workflows, and user guides
• Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed RPA solutions, addressing any issues or enhancements that arise

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Senior RPA Developer, with handson experience in designing and developing RPA solutions
• Strong knowledge of RPA technologies and tools
• Experience in endtoend RPA project implementation
• Solid understanding of business process automation concepts, methodologies, and best practices
• Strong programming and scripting skills, with proficiency in languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python
• Familiarity with API integration, web services, and database technologies
• Relevant RPA certifications are highly desirable
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus

ADDITIONAL

• You will be working on site, from our client's office in Doha
• The working schedule is 5 days a week, from Sunday to Thursday (In Qatar, weekend is Friday to Saturday)
• Formal business attire is required
