Job Purpose:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overall production targets achieving with quality and delivery use with available resources/ arrangement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helps manufacturing staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results
  • Studying materials and specifications
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings
  • Calculating requirements
  • Generate CAM program for a variety of machines, including not limited to: 5Axis 4Axis and 3 Axis milling machines, Turn mills, lathes, vertical machining centers and wire electrical discharge machine, etc.
  • Create CAM Datasheets and tool setup sheets as per process planning output
  • Control the handling of CNC programs from the server to CNC Machines
  • Create and maintain the part manufacturing process
  • Handle troubleshooting machinerelated issues (Tool, Manufacturing process &Mechanical)
  • Planning stock inventory and ordering parts if required
  • Following safety procedures and regulations PPE Supervising the machines

Salary:
From QAR1.00 per month

  • Diploma (required)
