Description:

  • Proficiency in implementing and maintaining security infrastructure components, such as firewalls, VPNs, and access control systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of security technologies, protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills to address security incidents and optimize the performance of security infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Security Architecture and various Security solutions.
  • Exposure to IT service management best practices such as ITIL and ISO2700 5+ years in IT services or related organization
  • Minimum 5 years experience in implementation, administration and engineering of SOC Managed Security Solutions such as Splunk, McAfee ESM, Qualys, SOAR, Dark Trace, etc.
  • A solid understanding of the different log types provided by a wide variety of leading security solutions and devices within an IT or OT environment
  • Minimum 5 years experience in onboarding data sources to SIEM solutions
  • Experience in ISO27001 process and procedures and can work on their own with little supervision
  • A good communicator at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and great organisational skills
  • An active interest in Cyber Security, incident detection, network and systems security.
  • Experience or qualifications in network and systems monitoring
  • University degree in any field related to Information Technology
  • Expertise in administration, engineering and designing of SIEM Solutions such as Azure Sentinel, Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar, McAfee SIEM, etc
  • Experience in implementing SOAR in a complex environment
  • Understanding and working knowledge of regular expression and query languages
  • Willingness to work overtime and adjust to reasonable demands from customer and Client to deliver its services
  • Knowledge of scripting language such as python
  • Practical and hands on experience in administration of Linux Infrastructure
  • A real growth mindset with a genuine interest in security and how it applies to business continuity
