Job Description

Job Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee the online sales and performance of our E-Commerce platforms in Hypermarket / retail division.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the end-to-end E-Commerce operations, and optimizing the customer experience. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and profitability of the division.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Manage the end-to-end E-Commerce operations, including inventory management, pricing, and order fulfillment.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop online marketing campaigns and promotions.

• Utilize digital marketing and SEO strategies to drive traffic to the website.

• Optimize the E-Commerce platforms for a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to E-Commerce operations.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in E-Commerce and online retail.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in E-Commerce management, preferably in a hypermarket / retail industry.
Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, technologies, and industry trends.
Proficient in using analytics tools to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and customer acquisition strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on driving results and meeting targets.
