Key responsibilities

  • Provide personalized experiences with a commercial edge while representing the spa in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits through consistent service excellence and exceptional after-sales service.
  • Identify customers' needs by asking open-ended questions, greet guests, and explain the spa experience process.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of spa menu and products to assist guests by offering information and recommendations.
  • Deliver a variety of luxury spa treatments meeting high standards and following spa protocols.
  • Offer tailored recommendations and skincare advice for guests' home use.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and ensure adequate supplies.
  • Adhere to spa policies and procedures manual.
  • Update guest profiles and customize treatments based on individual needs.
  • Ensure proper usage and stocking of products and supplies.
  • Maintain spa equipment and report any maintenance needs to management promptly.
  • Communicate operational requirements and incidents to management for resolution.

Undertake additional department tasks as assigned by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

About you

  • High School Qualification with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

OR

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

OR

Qatari Nationals:

  • Not applicable

Essential

  • Massage diploma from a recognized school, and/or
  • Beauty Therapy or barber qualification.
  • Experience in luxury establishments as a massage therapist, skincare therapist, or barber.

Job Specific Skills:

Essential

  • Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards
  • Proficiency in facial and massage techniques
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Team player with attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with empathy and self-motivation
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Preferred

  • Basic knowledge of barbering and high-tech treatment devices is advantageous

Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.
