Looking for a CORPORATE TRAINERResponsibilities:
Provide necessary training, coaching, and mentoring to employees.
Plans & participates in developing training course objectives.
Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.

Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipmentDevelop programs and curriculum for the employees of the organization for orientation and in-job training.

Collaborate with the company's management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees.
Ensure the compliance of the company's employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in education, training, IT, or related field.

Minimum Two (2) years' previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position preferably in a hospitality sector.

Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
