Key Responsibilities

  • Business Expansion: Explore and propose new opportunities for growth in additional GCC markets.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets, evaluate ROI, and craft effective pricing models.
  • Property Development Oversight: Manage all phases of property development, from concept through completion.
  • Sales & Marketing Innovation: Design creative pricing structures, marketing campaigns, and sales tactics for diverse markets.
  • Strategic Vision: Formulate and execute business plans to optimize the leasing/sale of existing properties and the development of new projects.

Requirements

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and profitability.
  • Deep knowledge of the Qatar and GCC real estate landscapes.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate teams.
