Nair Systems is currently looking for a Senior Developer, Cards (Way4) for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in ATM/POS Switches Environment.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit/Debit Card Systems.
3. Full knowledge of Payment Schemes regulation and standard on transactions processing and Cards issuance.
4. Knowledge in software development lifecycle methodology.
5. Knowledge on creating system architecture documentation.
6. Data analytic skills.
7. Strong verbal and written skills.
8. Payment related cryptography and HSM maintenance configuration (Thales/Nshield).
9. Experience of Host and Terminal certification.
10. New Payment schemes launch experience.
11. Way4 architecture knowledge.
12. System Data integrity validation and fixing.
13. Qatar national switch experience Issuing Acquiring certification (is a Plus).
14. Global Payment Schemes Issuing and Acquiring certification.
15. Tokenization implementation and technology understanding.
16. Chip Cards personalization and requirement of Payment schemes.
17. Way4 Acquiring and Issuance product definition.
18. Way4 Prepaid product design and setup.
19. Cards financials disputes investigations.
20. Implementation of PCI-DSS.
21. Managing planning, Development System Migration with minimum BAU interruption.
22. Leading and Managing team of developers with distribution of parallel tasks.
23. Cards Domain accounting, reconciliation and settlement knowledge.
24. Ability to work in a team environment, independently, take direction, detail-oriented approach.

1. OpenWay Way4 (Mandatory).
2. Experience of development to integrate site specific message protocol with IST code Module.
3. Experience in ATM/POS acquiring experience.
4. Experience in ACS and 3DS Processing.
5. Ability to identify the root cause from the log warning/error message to isolate the issue.
6. Ability to resolve the issue by using the ATM/POS utility.
7. Expertise in Way4 parameters setup.
8. Knowledge of Data consistency and purging processes.
9. Knowledge of Tokenization configuration.
10. Should have good knowledge in ATM/POS configuration and impact.
11. SDK API handling.
12. Keys / Simulators.
13. Good Understanding of Encryption Keys Methodologies and Algorithms.
14. Strong knowledge of HSM its configurations and commands.
15. Strong knowledge of EMV and its data attributes and processes involved in personalization and authorization.
16. Experience in implementing Encryption Keys on Hosts (Way4 / Online), POS Terminals & Payment Schemes (Visa / MasterCard / Diners).
17. Experience in generating keys on-demand and payment schemes key exchange.
18. Experience in working in TSYS, IST hosts, Way4 Issuing/Acquiring.
19. Well versed with Visa, MasterCard, FIME and Gallitt test simulators and able to manage End to End testing.
