Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management & Implementation:
    1. Oversee IT project planning, implementation, and delivery for call center technology solutions.
    2. Ensure compliance with project milestones, budgets, and government tender requirements.
    3. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and deployments.
  2. Infrastructure Management:
    1. Maintain a robust IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and communication systems, to ensure high availability.
    2. Design and implement redundancy systems to meet strict Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
  3. Disaster Recovery (DR):
    1. Establish and maintain a disaster recovery plan to ensure business continuity.
    2. Conduct regular DR drills to test the effectiveness and readiness of IT systems.
  4. Security & Compliance:
    1. Manage IT governance and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and other regulatory frameworks.
    2. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to mitigate vulnerabilities.
    3. Ensure data privacy and protection align with government and industry standards.
  5. Team Leadership:
    1. Lead a team of IT professionals, including engineers and support staff, to achieve organizational objectives.
    2. Provide training and mentorship to enhance team competencies.
  6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
    1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for hardware and software procurement.
    2. Negotiate service-level agreements to ensure adherence to quality and performance standards.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    1. Analyze and recommend innovative technologies to improve call center operations.
    2. Develop strategies to enhance system efficiency, user satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.

  4. Knowledge of government procurement and tendering processes.
  5. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI for call centers.
Qualification
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 7+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in a call center or government project environment.
  3. Proven experience with infrastructure design, disaster recovery planning, and ISO 27001 compliance.
  4. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP certification preferred).
  5. Strong knowledge of network management, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
