Job Responsibilities:
  • To provide general corporate and transactional support;
  • Assist in drafting and preparing of market entry research and documentation;
  • Assisting in the preparation and drafting of the incorporation documents such as articles of associations, resolutions, internal documentations, etc;
  • Assist in drafting, amending and reviewing all corporate/support services/procurement and non-maritime commercial related agreements;
  • Assist in the drafting and reviewing business transaction documentation, such as business/purchase agreements, general terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreement, procurement contracts, general agreements/contracts etc.;
  • Assist in review of banking/loan and financing related agreements;
  • Attend to all administrative work related to the corporate section of the legal department.

  • Education: Law graduate
  • Expertise: Must have experience in Corporate M&A, Transactions, and Financing
