About The Role
The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to Restaurant Name guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests' needs and being an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.
What You Will Do
- Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- The Food & Beverage Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
- Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
- High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
- Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset.
- Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language; Arabic is an asset.
- Experience in Luxury Resort and Hotel is an advantage.
- Background in French Restaurant is a plus.
