The key objectives for this role are:

  • Leading and managing process engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Providing technical expertise and support to operations and maintenance teams to resolve process-related issues
  • Analyzing process data to identify trends, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions
  • Mentoring and training junior engineers and other staff to build a strong, knowledgeable team
