Job Description
  • To leverage the expertise in quality management to ensure that all project activities, from engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning, meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Implement rigorous QA/QC processes, conduct thorough inspections and audits, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, minimize risks, and ensure the delivery of safe, reliable, and high-quality outcomes in alignment with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Ensure executing Inspection and Test plans (ITP), identifying defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the project.
  • Maintain a quality assurance process and ensure the SBM buys meet the Customer and Class requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification:

  • A Minimum of bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Marine Engineering or equivalent) is required.

Professional Experience & Certifications:

  • Having total 8-10 years of diversified experience in EPCCI based projects comprising over Oil & Gas/petrochemical, processing plants & Refineries etc., of which at least 2-3 years' experience shall demonstrate the complete construction tenure throughout the project.
  • Possess valid (at least 1.5 to 02 years validity remaining) certifications including but not limited to the following:
  • Certified Welding inspector of CSWIP 3.1 as minimum
  • Certified Coating Inspector of BGAS Grade 01/02 or NACE Level I/II
  • Certified QMS Lead Auditor ISO 9001 2015 from IRCA-UK approved body.
  • Possess ASNT NDT Level II as minimum (RT UT PT MT).

Geographic Experience:

  • GCC Market is Preferable working with reputable EPCC contractors & Clients.

Communications & Presentation Skills:

  • Having flexible mindset to approach project QAQC and from time to time as assigned by the team leader.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams involved in the projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in the context of SPM Buoy design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions specific to SPM Buoy design challenges.

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Proficiency in software's, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.

Language Skills:

  • Very Good Command of written and spoken English.
