Work Location: Doha, Qatar

As Merchant Acquisition Executive you will build and manage a portfolio of merchants, populating a suite of consumer and B2B products with best-in-class offers from best-in-class merchants that will appeal to a wide consumer market.

Being a start-up, you'll be required to acquire all of your merchants, so a strong existing network is preferred in the F&B category.

Hard working & and honest, you'll be a trusted senior member of the sales team and will be responsible for exceeding personal targets as well as contributing to a team target.

Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of sales/commercial experience
  • Build a 'Best in Class' portfolio of merchants across multiple categories
  • Be a team player and contribute to team targets as well as your individual targets
  • Continue to maintain and develop your portfolio of merchants including cross-selling and building a strong relationship with each merchant
  • Use CRM & and data visualization systems to keep merchant details updated
  • Background in hospitality or media is ideal but not mandatory

  • Demonstrable track record of excellence in sales
  • High negotiation skills
  • Articulate communicator in English
  • Experience using a CRM system
  • Presentation skills
  • Existing network of contacts within the hospitality industry

Key Competencies - Bonus

  • Arabic language skills
  • Prior experience with data visualization tools
  • Prior work with aggregation applications
