Technical Service Delivery Manager- Qatar

We are looking for a Technical Service Delivery Manager (infra and network experience) with a service management experience to be part of our Qatar Team.
Total years of experience between 8 to 10 years.
Nationality: Arabic preferred.
Package: Between 20,000 - 25,000 QR depending on experience; can go above budget depending on experience and qualification.
Accountabilities:
- Handle and be responsible for IT Infrastructure related to assigned project/client.
- Analyze Infrastructure Project requirements for clients and establish a service network.
- Lead project team for client services for hardware and desktop support.
- Responsible for Infrastructure Team for new business setups and Service Management.
- Manage IT Support services through structured Service Management strategies.
- Audit and monitor the Network Links as per SLAs.
- Plan, design, and implement Disaster Recovery Centre.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Service Delivery Domain managing large teams.
- Proven experience in Service Delivery Domain managing large teams (at least one large project) – Infrastructure – Active Directory – Exchange – Cisco.
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Well-driven experience in OLA's – SLA's – Project Budgeting/Planning.
