What You'll Be Doing

The Senior Technical Supervisor is responsible for providing guidance, support, and assessment for the facility management technical activities including hard and soft FM services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational:
    1. Manage and supervise the operation activities of the technical service providers including Preventive and Corrective maintenance.
    2. Supervise major FM activities and repair projects.
    3. Provide technical assessment and support to the interdisciplinary functions including Admin, Projects, Operations, Sustainability, IT, HSSE, as well as Retail management.
    4. Coordinate and communicate with mall management and stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth relationship for conducting our services efficiently and safely.
    5. Conduct frequent visits to our facilities (Retail Stores, Offices and Warehouses) to ensure through presence the best quality of service is provided.
    6. Review Routine and scheduled checklists and ensure activities are completed within set SLAs.
    7. Prepare Condition reports for our retail stores to identify noncompliance or areas of improvement.
    8. Review and analyse Maintenance reports and Asset life cycle reports and dashboards.
    9. Ensure data is captured in relation to every FM activity carried by our service providers.
    10. Ensure Drawings and O&M manuals are received and documented for easy and timely reference.
    11. Assist Projects and brands in opening/closing stores through checking HVAC, MEP and Fire fighting systems.
    12. Coordinate and liaise with HSSE department to ensure Safety and Security standards and guidelines are respected, and recommend improvements or enhancements.
    13. Coordinate and liaise with Sustainability division to provide insights, data and support on waste management, Energy Consumption and Water consumption, Air quality to foster more sustainable facilities for our group.
    14. Continuously look for areas of improvement and betterment initiatives to enhance the overall condition and processes for our facilities.
    15. Coordinate with and support the FM Coordinator on defining technical specs and scope of work for material, spare parts, equipment, or services to be ordered.
    16. Challenge and negotiate service providers and contractors on technical proposals to ensure cost efficient solutions.
  2. People Management:
    1. Build strong relations and trust with stakeholders including Mall management, Retail Managers, Retail Operations and Admin.
    2. Build strong relationship with our Service providers, Suppliers and Contractors to ensure efficiency reliability transparency and ethical quality performance.
