Company Description

One of the country's biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North's Meryal Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world's highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

Job Description

The Teens Club Attendant is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for teenagers. This role involves organizing and supervising activities, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and providing excellent customer service to teens.

  1. Supervise and interact with teenagers, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
  2. Plan, organize, and lead a variety of recreational, social, and educational activities.
  3. Encourage participation in games, creative projects, discussions, and team-building exercises.
  4. Foster a respectful and supportive space for teens to express themselves.
  5. Monitor all activities to ensure a safe and controlled environment.
  6. Conduct regular safety checks and report any issues to the supervisor.
  7. Respond appropriately to emergencies, conflicts, or behavioral concerns.
  8. Provide guidance and support to teens, helping them navigate club activities.
  9. Assist in maintaining records of attendance, incidents, and program participation.
  10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club space, equipment, and supplies.
  11. Assist in managing inventory of games, arts and crafts supplies, and other materials.
  12. Support the Supervisor in administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification in Education, Recreation, or a related field is a plus.
  2. Experience working with teenagers in a recreational, educational, or mentoring role preferred.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to connect with and positively influence teenagers.
  5. Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Creativity in planning and leading activities.
  7. Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with youth.
