Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BMS Draftsman located in Doha, Qatar. The BMS Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings for building management systems (BMS) using AutoCAD software. Day-to-day tasks will include interpreting project specifications, developing and amending BMS schematics, coordinating with project engineers, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing support for the installation and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
  • Experience with building management systems (BMS), including drawing and schematic creation
  • Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and technical teams
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Experience in the automation industry and with SIEMENS systems is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
