About The Role

In this role, you will coordinate the transition and implementation of various modules of the CROAMIS cargo system and support in the implementation and delivery as per the scope and agreed compliance.

Other responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

  1. Handle process improvement initiatives with small scope limited to one functional area.
  2. Ensure the project is delivered successfully by working closely with the project teams. Identify root cause of the pain points/bottlenecks/issues by working closely with subject matter experts.
  3. Develop and implement the improvement plan and track its progress.
  4. Responsible for creating and maintaining the business dashboards.
  5. Responsible for creating reports and presentations for various forums to share updates on Cargo Optimization. Assist in the execution of webinars, workshops and other activities for the Cargo Revenue Optimization department.
  6. Maintain all Cargo Optimization project documentation centrally.
  7. Assist/Work closely with IT systems and Application team to ensure process improvements are translated into system enhancements for Cargo Revenue Optimization.
  8. Develop business requirement documents for the required system changes.
  9. Manage and execute improvement small to medium scale projects successfully for Cargo Revenue Optimization.
  10. Assist Cargo Revenue Optimization Strategy Delivery Specialist and Manager on Business analysis activities.

Job Posting

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience.
  2. Experience in Process improvement/Reengineering or Digital Transformation.
  3. Experience in process automation using various tools such as Workflows, RPA, Chatbots, AI will be considered an advantage.
  4. Good knowledge of data analysis, visualization and interpreting it in relation to the project.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address project-related challenges. Resilient to stressful environments.
