PERSON SPECIFICATION
  1. BSc in Science or Engineering.
  2. Diploma in Quality Assurance from a recognized Quality Institute or equivalent and/or IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Accreditation & Valid ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certificate and/or CSWIP Senior Welding Inspector 3.2.2 (Level Ill) with ISO 9712 NDE Qualifications.
  3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Role of Quality Management of offshore Oil and Gas Pipeline construction and facilities.
  4. Shall have a proven track record or deliverance in challenging project environments in a Project Quality Heads role.
  5. Demonstrable, successful quality completions of International Offshore Pipeline EPC Projects from FEED to Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Handover activities.
  6. Experience in the development and delivery of External & Internal Audit Programs along with Quality Surveillance Programs.
  7. Experience on Failure Investigations through Root Cause Analysis systems, verification of the mitigations implementation and follow up.
  8. Shall have Welding experience applicable to the NFXP Project related to CRA Welding processes, TMCP Pipeline construction, Shop fabrication of subsea structures and piping spools, and Golden Welds.
  9. Enough experience to manage various civil inspection activities especially micro-tunnelling, electrical and Instrument, pre-commissioning and commissioning, review of Quality documentation preparation and hand over.
  10. NDT Experience and certifications on NFXP Project various methods (AUT, RT, IVT, IRT, DPT, MUT, etc.) will be an advantage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Managing the implementation of the Project Quality Plan, Quality Processes and Quality Documentation to achieve the Project Quality Objectives.
  2. Successfully manage the Pipelines QA/QC Team.
  3. Assures through Quality monitoring and measurement the implementation of Contract Quality Requirements, Leading Quality Audit Programs, Quality Surveillance and Quality Self-Assessments.
  4. To develop necessary Quality Procedures, Plans, Work Instructions and provides quality support and guidance to the Offshore PMT.
  5. Responsible for ensuring the implementation of quality surveillance tools and manages development and maintenance of quality plans that provide direction and guidance to Pipelines Quality Assurance Lead, Coordinators, practitioners, and Pipelines Quality Teams.
  6. Coordinating the quality management activities of Pipelines QA/QC team and maintaining interfaces between PMT and EPCI QA/QC Team to ensure a consistent, effective Quality approach across the Project; provides direction to the Pipelines Project QA/QC Team in their daily Roles and Tasks.
  7. Monitors and Reports Quality KPIs to measure and improve Quality Performance.
  8. Ensure that the Pipelines Contractor's engineering and designs comply with the Contract requirements including codes and standards. Provide guidance to the contractor to promote compliance; verify compliance with the Contract and fitness for purpose of the delivered Phases of Pipeline Design, Construction, Installation and Completions.
  9. Support respective Offshore Pipelines Managers in delivery of Quality for the Project.
