Job Title : Senior Manager – Deals Advisory

Department : Corporate Finance & Deal Advisory

Role Purpose : As a Senior Manager – Deals Advisory / Corporate Finance, you will be pivotal in leading and managing our corporate finance advisory services, focusing on capital market transactions, deal advisory, feasibility studies, valuation reports, due diligence, and transaction advisory. You will drive business growth and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Business Development :
  • Support with pursuing new business opportunities within the corporate finance advisory space.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical and financial proposals, engagement letters, and marketing materials.
Project Execution :
  • Oversee the execution of feasibility studies, valuation reports, due diligence engagements, and other corporate finance advisory services.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, helping them navigate complex transactions and achieve their business objectives.
