Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BMS (Building Management Systems) Draftsman located in Doha, Qatar. The BMS Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed drawings for BMS projects using CAD software, interpreting and following design specifications, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with engineers and project managers, revising drawings based on feedback, maintaining documentation, and supporting the engineering team during project execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit
  • Experience with BMS systems and understanding of building management technology
  • Ability to interpret design specifications and technical documents
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with SIEMENS systems and components is an advantage
  • Relevant technical certification or diploma in drafting, engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the construction or engineering sector is beneficial
