Your Tasks

  1. For assigned PC&C scopes, ICSS activities are conducted in accordance with project specifications and approved deviations if any. Accountable for timely execution planning of ICSS field activities, coordinate interdependencies, development partial and full handover plans, and handover ICSS scopes by complying with Project Specifications, Safety, Quality and Cyber Security requirements;
  2. Drive work execution, ensuring technical and quality alignment with various disciplines stakeholders from both PMT, COMPANY and PC&C Contractor and sub-contractors. Provides guidance to Field Engineering Contractor to complete ICSS design per project specifications in a timely manner and provides clear direction when project instructions or specifications are not clear;
  3. Manage the Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) scopes deployment with the MICC, Field Engineering Contractor and Package System Vendors in accordance with the roles and responsibilities given in the contract to ensure safe and seamless integration of the systems without any disturbance to the existing operating facilities or handed (Partial / Full) over systems. Develop justification for Management of change if required;
  4. Drive the PC&C Contractor to develop plans and work schedules that ensure effective completion of project activities and provide data (narrative, charts, graphs), change management recommendations and recovery plans to address any schedule delays for monthly progress and stewardship reporting;
  5. Support multi-discipline activities providing ICSS expertise to other disciplines as necessary, in support of completing activities within schedule and making appropriate recommendations to management on ICSS issues;
  6. Key effort to support interfacing between key COMPANY Internal stakeholders, package system vendors and field Contractor to ensure quality and execution objectives are met;
  7. Provides leadership support to construction and pre-commissioning works to ensure field execution at site meets project plans.

Your Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Instrument Engineering or equivalent;
  2. 15 years' experience working in Instrument and Controls, in a Major Oil and Gas Project with broad knowledge of Honeywell experion Control system engineering and field execution including design standards, specifications, codes, Cyber Security criteria, construction and operations;
  3. Previous knowledge of Smart Junction Box or similar Technologies preferred;
  4. Requires demonstrated broad Instruments & Controls equipment and Honeywell systems experience (DCS & SIS, HIPPS, PMS, IAMS, Fire & Gas, System Virtualization, BN system 1 Network) and familiarity with relevant interface requirements and relevant industry codes;
  5. Field commissioning experience desirable;
  6. Excellent written and oral English skills;
  7. Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills;
  8. Strong technical, prioritization and management skills;
  9. Strong communication, influencing and interface skills;
  10. Proficient in Cyber Security Assessment, Network Management, System Virtualization, Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
