Develop and maintain QPM's Management System (Quality, HSE, Risk, and Information Systems and Security). Implement methodologies, processes, and tools for Quality, HSE, Risk Management, and Information Systems and Security to ensure high quality, world-class project management services to Clients.

Education:

  1. Graduate in engineering with 10-15 years in QA/QC and at least 3 years in HSE management and risk management.
  2. A minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in Project Management in a Quality and HSE function in a medium to large Project Management Company.
  3. Familiar with ISO9001, 18001, 14001, 31000 and other relevant industry standards.

Experience:

Behavioral Skills:

Internal Audit (Quality, HSE, Risk) – Project and Corporate External Audit (Quality, HSE, Risk, ICOFR, Client, Consultant, Shariah)

Functional Skills:

  1. Review and Development of Policies, Manuals, Project Plans, and Procedures.
  2. Client Satisfaction Survey.
  3. Departmental Objectives/KPI Trainings (In House, GSAS, Fire Warden, First Aider).
  4. Project Close Out Report, Lessons Learned, and Archiving.
  5. Office Hazard & Risk Assessment.
  6. Legal & Other HSE Compliance Review.
  7. Monthly HSE Statistics in HQ.
  8. Yearly Fire Drill (collaboration with Barwa).
  9. PPE issuance & custodian of stocks.
  10. Maintenance of E-waste and Recyclable materials such as paper (collaboration with Admin and IT Team).
  11. Department Risk Register.
  12. Risk Management Report to the Board.
  13. Risk Committee Secretary.
  14. Corporate Governance (Policies Declaration of Acceptance, Delegation of Authority).
  15. QPM Licenses and Certifications (ISO Certificates, ICV Certificate Renewal, GSAS Service Provider License).
  16. Custodian of Management System in Dynamo.
  17. Monthly Review of Information Security (ERP Dynamics).

Secondary Tasks:

  1. Department Budget Custodian of Job Descriptions.
  2. Update of QPM Management System in QPM Website.
  3. Provide input to all Tender Proposals for Quality, HSE, and Risk requirements.
  4. Assist Procurement Team for all procurement-related processes required by ICOFR.
  5. Vendor Prequalification for all new Vendors.
  6. Monitoring of Open POs (Semi Annually).
  7. ICV requirement for new Vendors.
  8. Exceptional approval form if required.
  9. Vendor Performance Evaluation (Yearly).
  10. Required Quotations as per Delegation of Authority.
  11. Delivery Note or Packing List.
  12. Tender MOM and other requirements.
  13. Assist Legal in Contracts Reporting as required by Dhareeba.
  14. Assist staff in Registering, Renewal of MME Certificate.
  15. Custodian of Achievement and Awards from Project (if any).
  16. Member of Staff Committee.
