Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Media Sales Specialist to expand our global media sales efforts. This role involves selling digital media, sponsorships, advertising packages, and branded content solutions to businesses in the wedding, luxury travel, and event industries. The ideal candidate has a passion for media sales, understands digital marketing, and is skilled in building relationships with global brands.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Drive revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and closing media sales deals with wedding vendors, luxury brands, hotels, tourism boards, and other relevant partners worldwide.
  2. Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  3. Sell a range of Wedded Wonderland's media solutions, including :
    1. Wedded Media – Website, social media advertising, digital collaborations, magazine placements, and content partnerships.
    2. Wedded Network – Exclusive industry partnerships, education, and special media pricing for vendors.
    3. Wedded Concierge – Lead generation, vetted introductions, and planning tools.
    4. Venue Wonderland – Global venue listing and advertising solutions for hotels, venues, and tourism brands.
  4. Create tailored proposals and media plans that align with clients' marketing objectives.
  5. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance tracking.
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and digital media innovations to optimize sales strategies.
  7. Report on key sales metrics, revenue forecasts, and campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills :

  1. Proven experience in media sales, digital advertising, or sponsorship sales, ideally within the wedding, luxury travel, lifestyle, or events industry.
  2. Strong network of contacts within the wedding, luxury, or event sectors is highly desirable.
  3. Ability to develop compelling sales pitches and close deals with senior decision-makers.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Highly motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  6. Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branded content strategies.
  7. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
