The Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Sommelier
• WSET Level 2 or above (desired)
• Sake knowledge / keen interest to learn
• A passion for people and delivering an exceptional and memorable guest experience. Is positive and upbeat…
• The desire to learn, improve, develop, and grow
• An engaged and collaborative team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task, is flexible and agile
• Consistently performs at one's best
• Keen interest in Japanese cuisine
