An opportunity has arisen to join this amazing luxury 5-star property, which is part of an international group, as the Cluster PR & Communication Director.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive and strategic public relations and communication plan aligned with the resort's overall goals and objectives, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand's mission and values.
  2. Serve as the chief spokesperson for the resort, managing media relations, high-profile interviews, and crisis communication, representing the resort's interests in a professional and engaging manner.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, journalists, influencers, and industry professionals to secure positive coverage and generate favorable publicity for the resort and its offerings.
  4. Lead crisis communication efforts by developing robust crisis management plans, protocols, and messaging strategies to effectively address potential issues and protect and enhance the resort's reputation.

Your experience and skills include:

  1. Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  2. Previous experience in a similar capacity for at least 5 years.
  3. Extensive experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or entertainment industry.
  4. Strong understanding of public relations principles, crisis management, media relations, and strategic communication planning.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive narratives and messages for various audiences and platforms.
  6. Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
