Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our showroom team. In this role, you will work closely with clients, vendors, and our sales team to design and present showroom displays that effectively showcase our products and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute showroom layouts and displays that reflect the brand's style, attract customers, and highlight products effectively.
  • Work with customers to understand their design needs, preferences, and goals, providing personalized advice and product recommendations based on their vision.
  • Curate and arrange products, furniture, and decor in the showroom to create cohesive, inspiring, and functional displays.
  • Ensure that the showroom is always clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Update displays regularly to reflect new trends and seasonal changes.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create compelling product presentations that support sales efforts and align with customer needs.
  • Develop mood boards, digital presentations, and design concepts to communicate design ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to source materials, furniture, and decor, ensuring the products meet quality standards and fit the showroom's theme.
  • Oversee the installation and setup of new showroom displays, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers, answering questions about products, design options, and project status.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on showroom or retail design.
  • Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or other interior design software.
  • Strong ability to visualize and create aesthetic and functional design concepts while paying attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Strong Arabic verbal communication with the clients is a must.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • In-depth knowledge of current interior design trends, materials, and styles, with the ability to adapt to changing preferences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NCIDQ certification or other recognized interior design certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in a showroom or retail design environment is highly preferred.
