Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors, and expanders.

In this role, you will be responsible for all activities relating to enhancing services technology, integrating customer data, or capturing engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety, and other performance parameters. This includes hourly, non-exempt, and exempt employees as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge and a strong foundation of functional skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.

As a Lead Engineer – Fleet Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, Monitoring & Diagnostics, and fleet configuration.
  • Maintaining fleet data and outage management.
  • Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organization.
  • Delivering products as part of a team.
  • Working on cross-functional teams or leading analytical and designing activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Have 5-10 years of experience in Heavy Duty Gas Turbines maintenance activities.
  • Have experience in Heavy Duty Gas Turbines associated auxiliaries.
  • Have awareness about other products like steam turbine, centrifugal compressor, and auxiliaries.
