I am looking for a Thai CDP to work in a hotel in Doha,Qatar

The Thai kitchen is a fast-paced and busy environment, responsible for serving outstanding traditional and modern Thai dishes. In this role you will be:

  • Working closely with our Head Chef to deliver the highest standard of service and food
  • Ensuring that the kitchen team is legally compliant, meeting the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Maintaining good levels of organization and prep levels appropriate to service
  • Helping to manage our costs and controls.
  • Responsibility for your own sections
  • Following recipe and presentation requirements with outstanding knowledge of our ingredients and menu specifications; delivering beautifully presented dishes to the Hotel standard

We are looking for:

  • Individuals with five or more year's relevant experience in a similar position of at least equivalent status to a CDP position
  • Self-motivated professionals with excellent attention to detail
  • Real passion for cooking seasonal ingredients and exceptional Asian cuisine
  • Ability to work under intense pressure
  • Previous experience is essential
