ISP Assistant Head Of Secondary Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional leadership and management to achieve outstanding results.
  • Support, develop and empower the Secondary Phase.
  • Support curriculum development, teaching and assessment practices.
  • Be a proactive member of the Leadership Team.
Key Duties and Areas of Responsibility
  • Ensure that the operation of the Secondary phase reflects the whole school's philosophy.
  • Lead data analysis and pupil progress tracking.
  • Support the production of a timetable reflecting student needs.
  • Take the lead on curriculum development.
  • Promote a positive and professional learning culture.
  • Ensure compliance with MOEHE regulations.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in teaching from an accredited institution.
  • Required teaching certification for Qatar MOEHE.
  • Minimum 2 years' school management/leadership experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of School curriculum (English National Curriculum – Secondary).
