Sports Physiologist

We are looking for a Sports Medicine Specialist with a strong background in AI-driven movement analysis to join our pre-seed startup. This is a part-time, equity-based role until we secure our seed round.

We are a cutting-edge AI and XR startup focused on motion tracking, biomechanics, and real-time movement analysis for physical therapy, rehabilitation, and sports performance. Our goal is to revolutionize exercise assessment and injury prevention using AI-powered motion capture.

Who We Need:

• Licensed Doctor specializing in sports medicine, physiotherapy, biomechanics, or rehabilitation.
• Experience working with AI-based motion analysis, wearables, or computer vision.
• Understanding of biomechanical assessments, gait analysis, and movement correction.
• Strong interest in startups and emerging technologies.
• Comfortable working in a pre-seed stage startup (equity-based compensation tied to milestones).

What You'll Do:

• Advise on AI-driven movement assessment & injury prevention techniques.
• Validate motion capture accuracy for clinical and performance applications.
• Collaborate with AI engineers & developers to refine real-time motion analysis.
• Contribute to scientific validation and research efforts.

Compensation & Commitment:

• Equity-based compensation, structured on milestone achievements.
• Flexible part-time involvement (adjustable as we grow).
• Transition to paid role upon successful seed round funding.
