Barge Supervisor

• At least 5years of experience in a similar position
• STCW certificates required and completion of all training and certifications
• Should have knowledge of lifting.
• Must have offshore experience

• Supervising the barge crew, ensuring that tasks are assigned efficiently, and monitoring their performance. 
• Providing training and guidance to crew members, particularly in handling safety equipment and emergency procedures. 
• Resolving any interpersonal conflicts and maintaining high morale among the crew. 
• Ensuring the regular maintenance of all equipment and machinery on the barge to avoid operational downtime
