Trainee Nurse

Job Summary Responsible for competentlyproviding safe and effective care to patients and families. TheNurse assesses care needs, plans, and implements and evaluatesprograms of care.The Nurse is responsible for ensuring that allduties are carried out to the highest possible standard. JobResponsibilities 1 Ensures compliance with legislation, Companystandard operating procedures and accredited environmental, healthand safety management systems. Assists the doctor in all aspect ofmedicine to ensure that all injuries and illness are treatedadequately. Maintains employee records ensuring confidentiality inaccordance with current legislation and company procedures. Ensuresthat all medicine and medical equipment are fit for purpose andwithin the expiry date. Provide medical care/assistance toemployees by treating illness, injuries and health problems and atthe same time encourage them to participate in health programsdesigned to promote healthy lifestyle. Coordinate any work relatedinjuries/Illnesses to safety officer for immediate investigationand corrective action. Assists the doctor in the administration ofmedical services in the medical aid clinic on dailybasis.
