Experience: Bachelors Degree in computer science with 5-8 years of solid experience.Creating and using Schemas and complex types. Creating and usingcustom Pipelines. Creating and using custom Adaptors. Creating andusing business rules, have hands-on experience in BRE. Creating andusing Maps and had knowledge about Functions. Create customFunctions and have hands-on experience in XSLT. Develop complexOrchestrations, Having hands-on experience in design patterns like,Aggregator, Dynamic Router, Observer and Scatter-Gather. Must haveexperience in .Net design patterns. Must have basic knowledge inSharePoint, SP components. Must have experience in SQL server. Musthave experience in .Net framework 4.0 and C#. Must have knowledgein error handling and Orchestration exceptions. Creating and usingBAM.Responsibilities: Develop and design enterprise BizTalksolutions and integration components. Adopt Microsoft designpatterns, apply MS best practices to develop the solution. Developtechnical design and architecture for integration solutions Workwith a team of software developers to develop new applicationsand/or maintain existing applications. Work with end users duringsystem design to determine functionality needs. Manage testing ofapplication software to assure accuracy, integrity, completeness toachieve desired results. Plan development activities and monitorsprogress to completion. Solve problems and makes business decisionsto carry out job duties. Weigh alternatives and determineappropriate course of action. Communicate with users during programdevelopment to review progress and ensure that requirements havebeen met. Development prototype applications and solutions. Musthave excellent development experience in SharePoint .Net .
