InvoiceProcessing

Under thesupervision of the Lead, Accounts:

  • Comply to Purchase to Pay process fortasks related to AP activities.
  • Verification,processing and timely settlement of incoming invoices and expenseclaims;
  • Review of received invoices foraccuracy and supporting documents
  • Performpreliminary checks on invoices such as currency, dates, externalcommitment doc (PO, LPO, Call Off).
  • Scanning ofinvoices and loading in ERP system(SAP-PALM)
  • Initiating validation workflow(depending on doc type : ex invoice, expenseclaim…)
  • Processing booking ofinvoices : last review of the invoice before posting in thesystem
  • Ensuring that invoices are processedpromptly to ensure payment within agreed supplier paymentterms.
