A Head Hostess is responsible for making theguest feel at home by extending a warm welcome, assisting theguests to sit and later give them a warm send off. To assist in allways to provide the highest degree of guest satisfaction. What willI be doing? As a Head Hostess, you are responsible for servingguests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver anexcellent Guest and Member experience. A Head Hostess will also berequired to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings.Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the followingtasks to the highest standards: • Manage guest queries ina friendly, timely, and efficient manner • Ensureknowledge of menu and all products • Follow correctreporting procedures if faced with issues • PracticeHilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanlinessand personal hygiene • Assists callers courteously andpromptly, taking messages as necessary which are legible andaccurate passing them on to the appropriate person without delay• Has a good knowledge of the restaurant's sittingarrangements • Comply with hotel security, fireregulations and all health and safety legislation What are welooking for?
