Job Responsibilities

Learning and Teaching

Topromote the ‘mission’ and philosophy of theschool, ensuring that children are working towards being trulybilingual international citizens.
To ensure thatplanning, preparation, recording, assessment, and reporting are ofthe highest quality and meet the varying learning and social needsof children.
To be flexible and adjust to the needs ofthe school, actively contributing to its development plans andgrowth.
Implement agreed policies and developments.
To demonstrate thorough curriculum knowledge, teach andassess effectively.
Use the student tracking andmonitoring processes to advance children’s learning andenhance professional practice in line with the school’saspirations and priorities.
To take personalresponsibility for professional development.
Toeffectively communicate the school’s narrative, being anambassador for our school at all times.
