HSQE Manager

Responsibilities
• Overallmanagement of the HSQE and trainingdepartment;
• Responsible for all health,safety, quality and environment related matters regardingoperations &
•maintenance.
• Ensures the safety and integrityaccording to applicable rules &regulations;
• Applies HSQE policy andstandards;
• Co-operates with customer, Ministryof Transport (MoTC) and other stakeholder to addressand
• clarify HSQE matters
•Co-operates with other managers to address HSQE concerns andcomplaints;
• Implements and updates the safetymanagement system (SMS) and health system and planand
• procedures;
•Implements and updates of the quality system andplan;
• Implements and updates the environmentalprotection strategy and plan;
• Compiles andupdates associated rules &regulations;
• Investigates analyses and reportson all safety related events (degraded operations,incidents,
• accidents);
•Liaises with local departments and authorities regarding safety,quality, health and environmental
•matters;
• Conducts safety and qualityaudits;
• Makes regular proposals forimprovement of the HSQE system;
• Developsguidelines and supporting documents for tool boxtalks;
• Ensures that all training documentationis updated and all staff properly trained by thetraining
• team;
• Monitorsand supports the Operations Inspector, Training Manager, TrainingInspector and Tram
• DriverInstructor;
• Assists during T&Cactivities.
