About the role: As an Administration Officer,you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambitionthrough: • Acting as a first point of contact: dealingwith correspondence and phone calls. • Assisting in timeand daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, andnote taking. • Answering phone calls, takes notes,scheduling meetings and send emails. • Working closelywith the management team and project team. • Organizingevents and conferences. • Exhibiting polite andprofessional communication via phone, email, and letter writing.• Management of SVP diary for meeting, tasks anddeadlines. • Typing, compiling and preparing reports,presentations and correspondence. • Booking businesstravel arrangements. Qualifications About you: • AnyBachelor’s Degree or Equivalent. • Minimum 3years administrative experience in personal assistant (P.A.) orsecretariat position • A brilliant multi-tasker.• Excellent organization and time management skills.• Flexible and effective in handling different situations.• Attentive to details. • Excellent computerskills in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel,Word, PowerPoint and familiar with latest technology. •Excellent English language oral, written and presentation skillrequired. • Fluent in Arabic both written and spoken is anadvantage. • Excellent organizational ability in settingpriorities, handle multiple responsibilities work, interruptionsand meet deadlines
