Security Supervisor

Job Summary • Consistently offerprofessional, friendly and engaging service • Responsibleto handle the security staff. • Ensure the overall safetyand security of the hotel guests, Colleagues and hotel premises• Act as a member of the Emergency Response Team,responding in cases of fire, accident, safety concerns and callsfor medical assistance • Ensure that any violations to lawor hotel policy is investigated and reported • Respond toall emergency situations and provide First Aid and C.P.R. asrequired • Correct and report any fire hazards or healthand safety hazards • Report and investigate occurrences ofaccidents, complaints, criminal activity, and crisis situations• Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowdcontrol • Conduct departmental key control audits andmaintain key control records • Maintain computer recordsof all actions in a Daily Activity Report • Assist guestsregarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way• Follow department policies, procedures and servicestandards • Follow all safety policies • Otherduties as assigned
