A Lifeguard is responsible for supervisingand ensuring the safety of swimmers to deliver an excellent Guestand Member experience while ensuing swimmers are adhering to poolrules and regulations. What will I be doing? As a Lifeguard, youare responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of swimmersto deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Lifeguardwill also be required to fulfill regular cleaning duties.Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the followingtasks to the highest standards: • Supervise and ensuresafety of swimmers • Ensure guests feel safe in the poolarea • Inspect facilities for cleanliness; completegeneral pool cleaning and maintenance duties at regular pointsthroughout shift • Ensure swimmers follow safe swimmingpractice; enforce and adhere to pool rules and regulations• Follow emergency action plan and procedures whenrequired What are we looking for? To successfully fill this role, you should maintainthe attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:• Strong interpersonal skills • Pool lifeguardqualification • Committed to delivering a high level ofcustomer service • Preferably Russian Speakers It would beadvantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the followingcapabilities and distinctions: • First aid and CPRqualification • Excellent attention to detail •High standards of cleanliness • Ability to work in aconsistently professional and helpful manner • Previousexperience in a similar environment
