Job Description Hostess - Azure Beach ClubGreets guests, escorts them to the pool seating Manage waiting listOffer appropriate seating arrangements Make reservationarrangements Ensure all orders are filled in a timely and accuratemanner Maintain clean and organized work area Observe propergrooming and personal hygiene at all times Assist waiters and headwaiters when needed Manage event-related work including setting uptables and maintaining both the exterior and interior of the beachlounge and Beach Club Ensure all guests receive positive andprofessional service to the highest standards to exceed thecustomer's expectations Handles guest problems andcomplaints Attend all regular departmental briefings and contributeto open communication within the assigned team Performs otherduties pertinent to this job as assigned.
