Overview • **This position isphysically located in Qatar in support of LOGCAP*** Under thesupervision of Operations Manager, performs a full range of tasksto ensure Vectrus and its subcontractors have a culture ofcompliance and zero tolerance for Trafficking in Persons (TIPs) inaccordance with (IAW) US Public Law (USPL), the Federal AcquisitionRegulations (FAR), USG supplements thereto, as well as Local Laws.A Compliance Auditor protects assets by completing audits, employeetrainings and implementing other management methods as assigned toensure compliance with regulations and internal controls. Assistsin reviewing and enforcing compliance with standards or regulationsimposed by contract requirements and the company’sinternal guidelines. Responsibilities This position description issubject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements ofthe program or company. • Applies knowledge ofinternational standards related to exploitative child labor, forcedlabor and human trafficking to specific case contexts.International standards include C138; C182; C029; C105; social,political and economic factors contributing to child labor andforced labor; UN Convention on the Rights of the Child; traffickingin persons, in general; Executive Order 13126 –Prohibition of Acquisition of Products Produced by Forced orIndentured Child Labor; Trade and Development Act of 2000; FAR52.222-50, KSCR1-2 and Trafficking Victims Protection Act. Conductssubstantive legal and regulatory research on Human Trafficking& labor issues. • Reviewing training materials,compliance plans, pay slips, financials and program managementpractices/policies to ensure compliance to applicable requirements.Responds within 24 hours to allegations, audit findings or requestsfor investigation, compliance audits or advocacy services forpotential victims of human trafficking. Receive, track and manageto closure allegations, requests for information and referrals.• Responsible for assessing the productivity,effectiveness, and efficiency of assigned program operations andobjectives; Ensures compliance with regulations and controls byexamining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, anddocumentation; recommending opportunities to strengthen theinternal control structure. • Identification ofnoncompliance’s, and corrective actions; identificationof ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of policies atboth the program and Subcontractor level. • Supportsexternal auditors by coordinating information and logistics supportrequirements. Continually develops self-knowledge of issues ofcompliance, human trafficking, and related laws/ policies;Participates in all assigned or recommended training opportunities.Updates job knowledge by seeking out and participating ineducational opportunities and reading professional publications• Adheres to the confidentiality policy regarding thecompany, its Subcontractors, as well as potential victims oftrafficking. • Continually develops self-knowledge ofissues of compliance, human trafficking, and related laws/policies; Participates in all assigned or recommended trainingopportunities. Updates job knowledge by seeking out andparticipating in educational opportunities and reading professionalpublications. • Adheres to the confidentiality policyregarding the company, its Subcontractors, as well as potentialvictims of trafficking. • Maintains regular attendance andpunctuality. • Works evenings and weekends as required.• Performs other duties asassigned
