  • Astate license to practice Ophthalmology.
  • Expertworking knowledge of the diseases, functions, and anatomy of theeye.
  • Strong physics and math skills, andexcellent medical knowledge.
  • Goodadministrative and managerial skills.
  • Goodhand-eye coordination.
  • Strong organizational,communication, problem-solving, and decision-makingskills.
