Additionally, you should be able toup-sell and have excellent knowledge of deals and savings availableto customers. • Assisting and advising customers who maybe choosing from a variety of travel options. • Makingreservations for customers based on their various requirements andbudgetary allowances. • Checking the availability ofaccommodation or transportation on the customers’ desiredtravel dates. • Helping plan travel itineraries bysuggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.• Processing payments and sending confirmation details tocustomers. • Sorting out any issues that may arise withbookings or reservations. • Selling and promotingreservation services. • Answering any questions customersmight have about the reservation process. • Up-selling,when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services orspecial packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, orupgraded seats/accommodations. • Providing support tocustomers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.Qualifications • Candidate needs to be available in thecountry for a personal interview. • High school diploma.• Minimum 1 or 2 years Experience working in a similarrole in Qatar. • Customer-service experience. •Excellent Chinese and English written and verbal communicationskills. • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, withthe ability to prioritize tasks. • Proficient in microsoftoffice suite. • Flexible workinghours
