A Head Mixologistthat will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceedingcustomers’ needs and expectations Key ResponsibilitiesThe Job Of Head Mixologist Is Executed Satisfactorily When• All rules & regulations are strictly adheredwithin the hotel including hotel’s policy on. •The Bar & Service team is well managed, having delegatedthe appropriate tasks to the team members. • A Highquality of product and service is maintained in the outlet.• The outlet is developed in an entrepreneurial manner,looking for opportunities to generate more business at all times.• Understand and strictly adhere to the rules &regulations established in the hotel’s policy manual andthe hotel’s policy on fire hygiene, health &safety. • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for barand restaurant patrons • Interact with customers, takeorders and serve snacks and drinks. • Assesscustomers’ needs and preferences and makerecommendations. • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.• Plan and present bar menu. • Checkcustomers’ identification and confirm it meets legaldrinking age. • Restock and replenish bar inventory andsupplies. • Successfully perform opening and closingprocedures established for the assigned outlet. • Handleguest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and reportguest complaints and feedback to supervisors. • Beknowledgeable to operate the existing POS system based on thetrained responsibility level as assigned in the department.• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guestexperience. • Comply with all food and beverageregulations. Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added atany time according to the needs of the business and of the hotelSkills, Knowledge and Expertise • List any licenses orcertifications required by the position: WSET • Preferablea relevant degree in Hospitality • Minimum 1 yearprofessional cocktail experience as a Head Mixologist in ahigh-volume and fast paced environment required. • Minimum2 years professional cocktail experience as a Bartender in ahigh-volume and fast paced environment required • Must beable to reach or exceed sales targets set by the company.• Developing beverage strategies managing slow movingitems • Must have beverage experience in a luxury 5 starenvironment, supervisory level or above Benefits At KempinskiHotels we pride ourselves on delivering a beautiful performance foreach and every one of our guests.
